Support for the lbzip2 and plzip archive programs has been added.
Native support for handling BZIP2 (.bz2), GZIP (.gz), ZIP (.zip) and
TAR (.tar) archives has been added.
Convenience library functions have been added for people who want to use
the patool functionality in other Python programs.
